This page publishes the Child Safety Standards of the Splick mobile application (Google Play / App Store listing name: Splick). It describes our zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Splick explicitly prohibits CSAE and CSAM. Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or linking to such content — or engaging in related grooming, sextortion, or trafficking behavior — is forbidden and will result in removal and account enforcement.
1 Scope & definitions
These standards apply to all users of Splick, including social feed, messaging, comments, media uploads, and any other user-generated content features.
- CSAE — child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children (for example grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking of a child, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child).
- CSAM — child sexual abuse material: any visual depiction (photos, videos, or similar imagery) involving a minor in sexually explicit conduct.
- Child / minor — any person under 18 years of age, or under the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction if higher.
2 Strict prohibition of CSAE
Users of Splick must not:
- Create, upload, store, stream, share, or distribute CSAM
- Solicit sexual content or sexual contact involving a child
- Groom, coerce, or exploit a child for sexual purposes
- Engage in sextortion or sexual trafficking involving a child
- Link to, promote, or otherwise facilitate CSAE or CSAM
- Use Splick to endanger children in any sexually exploitative way
Splick is not directed at children under 13. Users must meet the eligibility age stated in our Terms of Service.
3 How to report
If you encounter suspected CSAE / CSAM or related behavior on Splick, report it immediately:
- In the Splick app — use in-app report / feedback / support channels where available (for example reporting a post, message, or user, or contacting support from Profile / Settings).
- Email — support@splick.app (subject line recommended: Child safety / CSAE report).
- Web support — https://splick.app/support/
Include as much detail as possible (usernames, links, screenshots, timestamps) so we can investigate quickly. Do not redistribute suspected CSAM when reporting.
4 How we address CSAM & CSAE
When Splick obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our service, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law, including where warranted:
- Removing the content as quickly as practicable
- Restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating accounts
- Preserving relevant records as required for legal compliance
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other relevant regional authorities, as required by applicable law
- Cooperating with lawful requests from competent authorities
5 Legal compliance
Splick complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations related to CSAE / CSAM, including obligations to remove illegal material and to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate authority in the relevant region.
