These Terms govern your use of the Splick mobile app and related services operated by Splick. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Splick does not process payments. Bill splits and payment evidence are for record-keeping only — you settle payments outside the app.
1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Information you provide must be accurate.
2 The service
Splick is a social and financial companion that may include:
- Social feed, posts, comments, and reactions
- Friends, groups, and messaging
- Bill splitting and expense tracking
- Payment profile and evidence for bill splits
3 Your account
You are responsible for your credentials. Report unauthorized access to support@splick.app.
Deactivate or delete: Profile → Settings → Account
4 User content
You own your content. You grant Splick a license to host and display it to operate the service. Do not post illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
5 Acceptable use
- No spam, scraping, or abuse
- No impersonation or security bypass
- No unlawful use of the service
6 Third-party services
Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Giphy are subject to their own terms.
7 Termination & liability
We may suspend access for violations. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8 Changes & contact
